Questions we get asked most
Straight answers to what most people ask before they book. Anything else, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we think.
How soon can someone come out?
For a breakdown in Colombo and the nearby suburbs we aim to be with you within 2–4 hours. Servicing and installation visits are booked for a time that suits you, weekends included.
Do you charge for the inspection?
There is an inspection fee that covers the visit and diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair it comes off the final bill, and you always know the full cost before work begins.
My AC is cooling less than it used to. Is that a gas leak?
Not always. Weak cooling is just as often a clogged filter, a dirty condenser coil or a failing capacitor. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is most likely.
Which areas do you cover?
Colombo and the surrounding suburbs, working out of 159, Mahawaththa Rd, Pannipitiya. For commercial contracts we travel further – message us with the location and we will confirm.
