An itemised invoice with part numbers, a 3-month workmanship warranty on the work, and manufacturer warranty on parts.
Cash, bank transfer or card once the work is done and signed off. No advance payment is taken over the phone, and nothing is opened or replaced until the cost is agreed.

Usually yes. We work 8.00am – 8.00pm, seven days, so an early morning, evening or weekend slot is normally possible. Tell us when the floor is quiet and we will book around it.
How fast can you get to an office AC breakdown?
Within Colombo and the nearby suburbs, most callouts are attended in 2–4 hours. Tell us if the unit is in a customer-facing room and we will prioritise it.
How often should office AC units be serviced?
Quarterly for units that run all day in a dusty or busy room, and half-yearly for lighter use. A unit cleaned on a schedule holds its cooling better and gives you far more warning before it fails.
Do we have to sign a contract?
No. You can call us per visit, or put the units on a quarterly or half-yearly round. There is nothing to lock into either way, and most offices start with one visit and decide afterwards.
How much does office AC servicing cost?
It depends on how many units you have and what type they are. We count them on the first visit and agree the price with you before anything starts. Nothing is opened or replaced until you say yes.
Do you service ceiling cassette and ducted units?
Yes, along with wall-mounted splits, inverter and non-inverter units. A cassette clean covers the coil, blower wheel, filters and drain line, which is what fixes weak airflow and stale air from a ceiling unit.
Can you cover more than one branch?
Yes. Send us the addresses and roughly how many units are at each, and we will quote them together. We then schedule the rounds so the branches are not all disrupted on the same day.
