How do you quote a whole site?
We survey it first. Someone walks the site and lists every unit, where it is and what condition it is in, and the quotation is priced against that list. Nothing is quoted off a phone call, because that would mean guessing.
Do you offer planned maintenance contracts for commercial AC?
Yes. Units are visited on a schedule agreed with you, and each visit produces a written service record showing what was done. You can put the whole site on a round or only the plant that matters most.
Do you repair rooftop plant and work in plant rooms?
Yes. We handle rooftop condenser banks, plant room servicing, repair and pipework. The site is walked before the work is scheduled, so the technicians arrive with the right parts and the right access arranged.
Can you work around our shutdown or quiet period?
That is usually how it is done. We work 8.00am – 8.00pm, seven days, and a site that cannot be taken down all at once is split across several days so production or trading keeps going.
Will we get documentation for audits?
Yes. You get a written service record for each visit and an itemised invoice with part numbers. Work carries a 3-month workmanship warranty, and replacement parts carry the manufacturer warranty.
Do you travel outside Colombo for commercial AC repair?
For commercial contracts, yes. Same-day callouts run across Colombo and the surrounding suburbs, and we go further for site work. Send the location and we will confirm straight away rather than leaving you waiting.
Do you subcontract the work?
No. The technicians on your site are ours, so the standard does not change with the size of the job, and the same people come back on the next round.
Can you take over from our current contractor?
Yes, and the survey is the place to start. We list what is installed and what condition it is in, which usually shows quickly which units have been maintained and which have not.
