How we work
Six things every job gets
None of this is extra or charged for. It is how a repair, a service round or a new installation runs, whatever the size of the job.
Our own technicians
Nothing is passed to a subcontractor. A bedroom unit and a rooftop plant room get the same people, so the standard never depends on who was free that day.
Genuine spares only
Every part we fit is genuine, and it goes on the itemised invoice with its part number, so you can check exactly what went into your unit.
Left as we found it
Furniture covered, floors protected, water contained. You are letting us into your home or workplace, and our reviews mention it more than anything else.
Tested, then covered
We run the unit before we leave. The workmanship carries a 3-month warranty and parts carry the manufacturer’s, so if it is not right, we come back.
Paid when it is done
No advance payment over the phone. Cash, bank transfer or card once the work is finished and you have seen it running.
